6 Tips To Start Your Day

The beginning of the day is very important because it sets the tone for the rest of the day. The way we feel, how much we have to do, and how stressed we are all depend on how we spend the first hour of the day.

Some people go right to doing their housework, while others start with some exercise or meditation. Some people start their day with Surya Namaskar and meditation, while others do yoga right when they wake up.

It's not because everyone else does yoga and meditation that you need your own rules. As part of your morning routine, you can do many useful things, such as –

1. Wake Up at the Same Time

You should get up at the same time every day because it makes your brain work better and your body gets used to it. If we all wake up at the same time, the rhythms work better.

2. Plan a Night Before

You can plan your day the night before, or you can make a list of things you need to do. This will help you deal with the stress of your busy work plan. Planning will also help you find a good mix between work and life.

3. Never Skip Breakfast

The most important meal of the day is breakfast. You can also start your day off right by having lemon water, which is good for your body.

4. Verbalize Gratitude

You should be thankful for everything you have. You should think about the three things you are grateful for while brushing your teeth or taking a shower.

5. Listen to Music

If you believe in God, you might start your day by listening to a bhajan or saying "Om." If you don't want to listen to holy music, you should start your day with some music that makes you feel good.

6. Exercise or Walk

It's important for your health to work out for at least an hour or walk for a few minutes every day. For a healthy body, there is no other way than to exercise or walk. Exercise is good for both the body and the mind.
